Use the AI Prompt in Resources (Step 2) to find 10-20 specific businesses you can contact.
Write them down in your Lead Tracking Sheet.
Pick one business from your list. Use the AI Prompt in Resources (Step 3) to understand their specific problems.
Do this for 3-5 businesses before you start reaching out.
Use the AI Prompt in Resources (Step 4) to write your first message (text, email, or phone script).
Send it. Log the date and what you sent in your Lead Tracking Sheet.
If they respond, move to Step 6.
If they don't respond after 3-5 days, use the AI Prompt in Resources (Step 7) to write a follow-up. Send it. Wait another 3-5 days.
If still no response after 2 follow-ups, mark them "Dead" in your sheet and move on.
When they respond with questions or concerns, use the AI Prompt in Resources (Step 5) to craft your response.
Your goal: Get them to agree to a demo call or meeting.
If they're interested, say: "Great! Let me get you connected with our technical team so you can see exactly how this works. What day this week is best for you?"
Text the UTTR team with the prospect's info and preferred time. We'll handle the demo and technical questions.
After the UTTR team does the demo, follow up with the prospect within 24 hours.
Ask: "What did you think? Do you want to move forward?"
If yes, move to Step 9.
If no or "I need to think about it," use the AI Prompt in Resources (Step 5 or Step 7) to handle it.
If they're ready to see pricing, use the AI Prompt in Resources (Step 6) to create a simple proposal.
Send it via email or text.
Once they agree to pricing, send them the contract link: [CONTRACT LINK - coming soon]
They fill it out and sign electronically.
Update your Commission Tracker Sheet:
Business Name
Deal Size ($2,000 / $2,500 / $3,000 / $4,000+)
Your Commission (50% of Deal Size)

Payment Status: Pending
Send the signed contract to the UTTR team. We'll handle setup and invoicing the client.
Once the client pays UTTR, you'll receive your 50% commission within 5 business days.
First-time payment setup: The UTTR team will contact you to collect your PayPal or Stripe email address.
After that: All future commissions are sent to that same account automatically.
Update your Commission Tracker to "Paid."
Go back to Step 2 and find more prospects.

Every time you close a deal, add a new row with all the info
Check this weekly to see what you're owed and what you've been paid
